Brooks Band · Live demo · Simulated data
Watch the data move.
Explore a private cue.
Brooks Band is a pre-release watch prototype for individualized baseline measurement and discreet cues. This simulation explores derived context and role-specific views still being refined. It does not read emotions or make care or legal decisions. Routine records are not conversation transcripts; wearer verification may use cloud processing.

On the wrist
A simulated school day
Press play or drag the time scrubber. Everything on this page is simulated — no real person's data appears here.
On the wrist
In their own usual range. The band stays quiet.
Back to baseline on your own: 0 of 5 today
The shaded band is this person's own baseline range. All signals are simulated; skin conductance, skin temperature and other sensor integrations shown here are opportunities, not confirmed current Brooks Band measurements. Available biometrics depend on hardware, permission and successful capture.
What happens to the signal
1 · Selected measurements and context
The current prototype uses voice-level and sound context. Movement and available watch biometrics may be incorporated when supported and permitted. The additional sensor views here are simulated development examples.
2 · Local and configured cloud processing
Routine records use derived measurements rather than conversation transcripts. Some transient audio processing may occur for wearer verification, including cloud processing depending on configuration.
This animation is illustrative, not a guarantee that all processing stays on the watch.
3 · Derived event records
The routine sync design sends derived context like this simulated record, rather than conversation transcripts. Wearer-verification processing is separate.

Role-based views
One band. A different view for every role.
Who uses it
Special education teachers, case managers and IEP teams.
The question they are asking
Is the accommodation working across the school day, and is the student meeting the goal we wrote?
What this role never sees
Raw audio, words spoken, or any other student's data.

Device labels only — no audio
Simulated data and developing role-specific workflows, not finished exports or validated outcomes. Professionals interpret the context and write their own documentation. Court use requires additional validation and legal review; funding and billing are not guaranteed.
Where the Brooks Band is going
One baseline. Many industries.
Individualized baseline context may offer a starting point for support in different settings. These are opportunities to explore, not finished features in every industry. The person's dignity, choice and appropriate professional judgment remain central.
Now — where we start
- K-12 schools & special education (IEP teams, 504 plans)
- Speech-language pathology
- Occupational therapy
- Behavior analysis (ABA / BCBA)
- Home health
- Families & caregivers
Next — expanding the same baseline
- Family courts, child welfare & foster care (CPS, CASA and guardians ad litem)
- Assessment & education publishers (licensing)
- Medicaid school-based services documentation
- Clinics and pediatric therapy practices
- Higher education disability services
- Adult day programs & independent living
Future — research and partnerships
- Aging and senior living (daily-rhythm awareness)
- ADHD and executive-function coaching
- Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities (voice-level awareness)
- Veterans' wellness programs
- Workplace wellness and neurodivergent employment support
- Voice-based alcohol-use awareness (research route)
- Health research partnerships (for example, requests to explore PTSD and seizure awareness)
Future routes are research directions, not current product claims. General wellness. Not a diagnosis or a medical device. Use in regulated settings requires the applicable consent, governance, validation and professional review.
Security by design
Design commitments
Designed for local processing
The watch can process selected measurements locally; enrolled-wearer verification may use cloud processing.
Built for data minimisation
Routine synchronization is designed around derived event records, not conversation transcripts or routine raw-audio files.
Built to encrypt
Encrypted in transit and at rest.
Built for role-based access
Each role sees only its own view.
Built for consent
Sharing is consent-gated and revocable.
Built to be auditable
An audit log records every view and every export.
Built to de-identify
Wearers are referenced by a code, not a name.
Built without a data market
No sale of data, no advertising, no AI training on identifiable data.
Built as a single-purpose device
A managed, single-purpose device on Samsung Galaxy hardware.
Built as general wellness
A general wellness product. Not a medical device.
Detailed architecture is available under NDA.
