Inside MirrorMatch
Users build a strengths-based profile — identity, strengths, passions, availability — and the matching engine ranks opportunities by behavioral fit rather than by keyword.
Each opportunity carries a fit score with the reasoning behind it: which strengths align, which interests overlap, and where values match the environment.
Beyond the score, the profile returns dominant themes, how the user works with others, where they will thrive, directions to explore, and growth edges to watch.
A user is identified by a self-selected ID. The other side sees a strengths profile and a fit score — never name, photo, gender, or age — until both parties opt in to connect.
When an opportunity fits, the user expresses interest and an introduction is facilitated. The user controls when identity is shared, and can review, correct, or delete profile data at any time.
Demonstration only — profiles shown in walkthroughs are fictional and no real personal data is collected, stored, transmitted, or sold. The matching methodology is proprietary and confidential.
