No license granted
No license is granted except under a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the applicable rights holder. Unauthorized access, use, copying, modification, distribution, model training, reverse engineering, or disclosure is prohibited.
Legal protections
Materials may be protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade-secret law, including the Defend Trade Secrets Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1832–1836; the Tennessee Uniform Trade Secrets Act, Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-25-1701 et seq.; the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.; the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.; and applicable patent laws.
Patent and trademark notice
